Milender White is the owner/developer of the Bluebird Market at 4th Street Crossing in Silverthorne, Colo. 4th Street Crossing is a 3.8-acre District that spans between 3rd and 4th Streets in downtown Silverthorne and plays an active role in elevating Silverthorne as a modern mountain town. Bluebird Market building encapsulates the “Old Dillon Inn” in addition to Summit Assembly (Event Space), & Mezzanine Level totaling 29,145 sq. ft. Construction type is VB – structural frame.
Bluebird Market will provide a lively, community–focused atmosphere with open seating, flexible event space, outdoor patio areas & interactive games for the community. Milender White is preserving the iconic Old Dillon Inn, encapsulating the historic building inside the Market Hall and reincarnating it as a restaurant and speakeasy. The market will consist of 10-12 chef-driven culinary concepts along with three local retail entrepreneurs and co-working space. The goal is to create a place where creative minds and businesses can connect to grow and build a destination for the community.
The venue also includes community gathering spaces and flexible seating accommodations. It is situated in the hub of the 4th Street Crossing District and surrounded by access to the transit station, a 115-room Indigo hotel, and a public parking garage with 203 stalls. The District also include townhomes and two mixed-use condo buildings. Milender White is also developing a phase two to the north of 4th Street Crossing with more residential and retail.
