Project Summary

Milender White (MW) is building an affordable senior apartment community in the heart of Glendale in partnership with Meta Housing Corporation, AC Martin and the Glendale Housing Authority (GHA). Citrus Crossing will offer 127 new residences to seniors earning 30-70% of area median income (AMI).

Located at 900 E. Broadway, Citrus Crossing is close to The Americana at Brand and the Glendale Galleria. The five-story, 142,550 sq. ft. development will feature open courtyards within its M-shaped footprint, and an adjoining pedestrian paseo. Construction is Type III podium, above two levels of subterranean parking with 92 spaces. The project will pursue LEED Platinum certification.

Built on a municipally-owned parcel, Citrus Crossing represents part of the City of Glendale’s ongoing mission to provide sustainable housing. The GHA has helped to develop over 1,200 units of affordable housing for low-income renters and homeowners. MW is proud to be a partner in this effort.
