Years before it built Mines Park Village, Milender White helped support the development of a new parking lot for the Colorado School of Mines. The project consisted of re-grading, paving and striping the 3.8-acre Ford and 19th Street Parking Lot on the Mines campus while the adjacent shipping and receiving building remained operational. The work involved excavation, paving, installation of lighting and security systems, curbing and guttering, and it required close supervision and coordination since it we were working right up to the existing property lines.
Our team ensured that intersection signaling was correctly installed and that underground drainage met requirements. We invested considerable time in the design and layout of segmental retaining walls to ensure their proper placement while maximizing the parking count.
