This renovation consisted of a 3,145 sq. ft. new addition and 36, 897 sq. ft. of tenant improvements. Scope included an addition to the 4th level, a new studio, a parking lot addition, a new gallery and interior remodel of existing offices. The addition is cantilevered over an existing communications building, while the studio addition has below structure parking at grade.
