Project Summary

Grayson Place consists of (6) for-sale townhomes totaling 23,712 sq. ft. and a common parking garage in Denver’s North Cherry Creek neighborhood.

The townhomes had not received a final certificate of occupancy and had significant water damage as a result of a broken sprinkler pipe in one of the units. Milender White completed all restoration required for the receipt of the final certificate of occupancy from the City.

Restoration included mold remediation; structural framing repairs; demolition and replacement of concrete patios, hardwood floors, drywall, paint, ceramic tile and faux accents. The HVAC and plumbing systems were repaired and the installation of the elevator, access control and security systems for all units was completed. We also installed new and improved landscaping; an exterior façade of stucco, stone and wood accents; and performed a complete interior renovation of Unit 106.
