Grayson Place consists of six for-sale townhomes totaling 23,712 sq. ft. with a common parking garage in Denver’s North Cherry Creek neighborhood.
Milender White managed the restoration and completion of this townhome project, which had not yet received a final certificate of occupancy and had significant water damage as a result of a broken sprinkler pipe in one of the units. We completed all restoration required for the receipt of the final certificate of occupancy from the City of Denver.
Restoration included mold remediation, structural framing repairs, and demolition and replacement of damaged concrete patios, hardwood floors, drywall, paint, ceramic tile and faux accents. We also repaired HVAC and plumbing systems and completed installation of the elevator and access control and security systems for all units. In addition, we also installed exterior façades featuring stucco, stone and wood accents and new and improved landscaping, and performed a complete interior renovation of the most damaged townhome.
