Project Summary

Hyatt House (formerly Hyatt Summerfield Suites) is a four-story, 94,000 sq. ft., 123-room hotel near Denver International Airport. The ground floor consists of an entry/lobby vestibule, guest services, and back-of-house areas. The remaining levels are dedicated to guest rooms.

The structural system consists of a post-tensioned, slab-on-grade foundation, wood-framed walls and floor deck, CMU shafts, and a steel frame to support the two-story atrium and rooftop glass element. The exterior is brick and stucco veneer, operable windows, PTAC Units, and storefront/curtain wall framing.

The suites contain full kitchens with separate living/sleeping quarters to provide the guest with a relaxed, home-style atmosphere. The hotel also includes a dining room, guest market, meeting area, fitness facilities and an attached indoor swimming pool.

Suites range from King 1-bedroom units to King/Queen 2- bedroom accessible units. Accessible units were designed to meet the needs of guests requiring these accommodations. The public spaces were also designed to be ADA accessible.
