Milender White was a subcontractor on this project responsible for all exterior enclosure scope. The project consists of four condominium buildings with first floor retail space at the base of the ski resort. Exteriors include 100,000 sq. ft. of HardiPlank and cedar siding and decorative cedar trim with 34,000 board feet of heavy trim.
