Project Summary

Museum Residences consists of two 7-story buildings with 55 luxury units ranging from 756 sq. ft. to 4,500 sq. ft. The 126,300 sq. ft. mixed-use development (88,000 sq. ft. of residential space and 12,000 sq. ft. of ground-floor retail) is located in Denver’s Golden Triangle neighborhood.

The high-end condominiums feature glass exteriors and almost no right angles in any of the units. The exterior glass walls had to be constructed at positive and negative vertical angles while intersecting horizontally at odd angles. Fourteen concrete columns, also off vertical, had to be poured in sections.

Each unit has a unique floor plan with interior walls at odd angles. Units include either inset balconies or walkout terraces. Residents in both buildings share a private garden area over the garage (by others), accessed by pedestrian bridges.
