In 2025, the City and County of Denver’s Department of Transportation and Infrastructure selected Milender White (MW) to manage structural and infrastructural repairs and upgrades at the National Western Complex.
For more than 100 years, this site has been home to the National Western Stock Show – an iconic annual festival with horse shows and rodeos that kicks off with a cattle drive past the high rises of 17th Street. The event is deeply connected to Denver’s western heritage and identity.
As part of our ongoing Large Construction On Call Contract with the City, MW coordinated the rehabilitation and repair of asphalt in multiple parking lots and lanes throughout the Complex. Additional scopes of work include:
