This landmark housing project includes the construction of 183 new homes in neighborhoods associated with three Naval installations in the Puget Sound area of Washington state.
The three regions, referred to as East Sound, North Sound and West Sound provide residents with proximity to their respective installation. The neighborhood amenities include community centers, waterfront parks, sports fields and playgrounds.
Milender White demolished existing units to make way for the new homes and built miles of new roads and infrastructure to serve the neighborhoods. We also installed amenity packages that were used to retrofit homes in other Naval communities throughout the Northwest.
The neighborhoods and developments meet Built Green Communities certification standards.
