Milender White (MW) is the design-build contractor for this large multikey development in the west San Fernando Valley, its fifth project constructed for Meta Housing.
When completed in 2028, this six-story senior apartment community will fit in nicely with its upscale, urbanizing neighborhood. The project is near the Orange Line busway and Los Angeles River Greenway and just half a mile from shopping at Westfield Topanga. Construction is Type III/I and 365 of the 395 units will be one-bedroom. The design features a central S-shaped courtyard. All the 349,000 sq. ft. of construction will be above grade, with 134 parking stalls included for residents at levels one and two.
Just a few years ago, MW led the design-build effort for the award-winning Mission Gateway, one of Meta Housing’s largest Southland communities. Now another Meta project will benefit from MW’s leadership and guidance.
