Milender White built Benedict Park Place as part of the Denver Housing Authority (DHA) HOPE VI site. The DHA originally designated the development as Block 3B, the third phase in this redevelopment effort. This community features 93 mixed-income units spread over four buildings totaling 124,000 sq. ft., plus 37 market rate townhome units, ground-level retail, and underground parking garages.
The development is LEED Gold for Neighborhood Development certified.
