Block 3B was the third phase in the overall redevelopment activities at the Denver Housing Authority HOPE VI site. This portion of the project features 93 mixed-income units spread over four buildings totaling 124,000 sq. ft., 37 market rate townhome units, ground-level retail, and underground parking garages.
The development is LEED Gold for Neighborhood Development certified.
