The project included the revitalization of the facade of this building originally built in 1915. Scope included repair, tuck point and wash masonry as well as terra cotta facade, storefront system replacement, brick walls at storefront, residential windows, window screens, balcony railings, refurbish residential window frames, repair and repaint stucco and damaged finials at roof parapet, new awnings at the storefront and a sign/canopy over the loft entry door. The project encompassed 3,600 sq. ft.
