Milender White completed a major renovation of the four-story, 68,309 sq. ft. historic building located at 16th Street and Welton in downtown Denver.
Renovation included a new façade, new exterior lighting, canopies, a roof terrace and the addition of sky lights for daylighting. The project also included new mechanical and plumbing systems, new electrical distribution and lighting, and major modifications to all existing passenger and service elevators. The building, completely refurbished, now reflects its original splendor.
