Milender White was presented with several challenges during the remodeling and restoration of this affordable housing community consisting of 13 apartment buildings with 112 units and community center totaling 133,427 sq. ft. The most significant challenge was that the apartment complex remained occupied during the entire remodel and upgrade process.
Milender White performed extensive pre-planning to relocate residents with minimal disruption. Public safety and schedule were maintained as a result of the thorough preconstruction planning process and execution by the project team.
Each building was completed on schedule and the Owner saved enough money to add a new basketball court for the residents to enjoy.
