The Brodie is a 312-unit multifamily community situated on a 14.11-acre site with views of the Colorado Front Range, on 22 acres with 4 acres of off-site improvements for the City of Westminster (COW). Overlot grading touched every inch of the 26 acres. The work done for COW offsite consisted of widening and adding an acceleration lane for Federal Boulevard as well as re-shaping a detention pond with new storm sewer.
Work performed on and off-site consisted of miscellaneous site and Right of Way (ROW) landscaping, site fencing, retaining walls, and minor structures. On-site work included over-excavation, soil conditioning, and recompacting was done under the foundations to accommodate underground parking and miscellaneous structures. Also included was a new sewer and storm mains covered by new asphalt roads with curb & gutter, sidewalks, and bike paths. New water mains, hydrants, and potable water piping were installed as well.
