Milender White (MW) is thrilled to announce the next phase of exciting retailers coming to Parkside @ City Center (Parkside), a new mixed-use development in the rapidly evolving heart of Aurora.
The opening of Parkside Eatery is the start of the second phase of Parkside’s retail offerings. The new food hall features five micro-restaurant concepts surrounding a large central bar and communal seating area. The five concepts include Gina’s Kitchen, Taco Choi, Lucky Bird, a to-be-named ice cream concept – and MW is actively seeking one more local operator to round out the offerings in the Eatery! Parkside Eatery will be a great place to grab a bite for lunch or meet up with friends and colleagues to enjoy some culinary delights and local cuisine. Bring your family for a night out with choices to fit everyone’s needs, have happy hour or date night at the Parkside Eatery Bar.
Parkside Eatery will be the first “brick and mortar” location for both Gina’s Kitchen, a bistro and bakery concept serving a variety of goodies that are all 100% gluten, dairy, and allergen-free, as well as Taco Choi, a successful Korean BBQ food truck founded by a local husband-and-wife team.
Joining Gina’s and Taco Choi in the Eatery will be Lucky Bird, a scratch-made fried chicken concept that also started as a highly successful food truck before expanding into Edgewater Marketplace and Bluebird Market in Silverthorne. The Parkside Eatery Bar will be pouring a carefully selected assortment of beer, wine, and cocktails to make this the perfect local meeting spot.
Visitors of Parkside Eatery will enjoy warm lighting, lively music, wifi connectivity, and a variety of seating options ranging from pub and picnic-style tables to sofas and soft chairs for more “intimate” seating. Be sure to take time to enjoy the murals and local art surrounding the Eatery too – We hope you visit often and become a regular!

Next door to the Eatery, construction begins soon for Playa Bowls, a concept offering healthy, delicious açaí, pitaya, coconut bowls, and smoothies with sustainability and community in mind. Parkside will be Playa Bowls’ fourth location in the Denver Metro area,and their first in Aurora. On the other side of the Eatery, we are in the final stages for a lease with a well-loved concept that is sure to be sure a hit with Parkside’s residents and visitors alike; we look forward to revealing that concept in the near future.
Other retailers coming to Parkside later this year include Parkside Specialty Wine & Spirits and an independent coffee shop. Both are family-owned and operated businesses and both will be located on the ground floor of the Parkside Collective apartment community on the south side of the building. Specialty Wine & Spirits is a boutique alternative to the big-box package stores and will offer a curated selection of spirits, wine and beer while providing customers an elevated experience and service level. No community or neighborhood is complete without a cool independent coffee shop; Parkside’s coffee shop will offer premium coffee and espresso-based products made with carefully sourced beans while providing ample space and a variety of seating areas for meetings, interviews, catching up on the news, or simply taking a break.
