MW Development assembled three land parcels in the Golden Triangle to create this opportunity. The project is currently in pre-development. Under the D-GT zoning, the building will be a 24-story, 400 unit, 250’ type I construction with one level of subterranean parking and five levels of above-grade structured parking. The ground floor will be split between commercial space and a residential lobby. There is an amenity deck on the 6th floor and an additional rooftop amenity area on the 23rd floor. In addition, the project includes 36 affordable housing units restricted to renters earning 60% of AMI which allowed for a height and density bonus.
