Project Summary

Broadway Station is a 1,275,415 sq. ft., Type 1, concrete high-rise, market-rate, multi-family residential community located at Broadway Station in Denver, CO. This project is located with easy access to the light rail public transportation, less than 1 mile to Wash Park and only 2 blocks from the Platte River Bike Trail.

These two 11-story multifamily projects will consist of 952 parking spaces, and a 1st-floor main lobby, with the top floor being Penthouse level apartments with upgraded finishes as well as ground-level retail with separate parking for visitors.  The two buildings will include a total of 938 apartment units with a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units with private balconies and upgraded luxury amenities.

Broadway Station will house a 24-hour fitness center, off-leash dog park & dog wash, pool and spa, courtyard BBQ grills, and a large 4000 sq. ft. community room.  The units will offer the perfect combination of luxury and convenience for future residents.

The MW preconstruction team is currently working with GID Companies and Davis Partnership Architects to finalize project details and begin construction in Q1 2024 for Phase 1.
