Phase II of the Curtis Park HOPE VI Redevelopment produced 125 mixed-income rental units in a combination of four different building types totaling 150,504 sq. ft. The buildings were designed to incorporate new urbanism housing principles and contribute to community revitalization. Milender White worked with the City and neighborhood groups to promote involvement of the area businesses and residents throughout construction.
