Milender White (MW) performed repairs to seven separate roofs and provided full silicone coating to the entire roof of the Denver Coliseum as an On-Call Contractor for the City of Denver’s Construction Services contact. MW installed new “Coliseum” signs at the east and west entrances.
The Coliseum is covered by seven different roofs: the main barrel roof, flat roofs bordering its north and south sides of the barrel roof, a pair of three-level fan roofs at the east entry, and the barn roof to the west of the barrel roof. MW renewed five of these roofs and removed and replaced two others.
Permanent life safety tie-off systems were added on both new flat roofs. This allows for essential maintenance moving forward.
We completed the project on deadline, two days before Christmas.
