DEN Concourse B Restroom Renovations

8500 Peña Boulevard Denver, CO 80249
Denver International Airport

Type: Government

Owner: City and County of Denver

Milender White renovated four existing bathrooms to new DEN standards. DIA is the third busiest airport in North America; restroom quality is a direct driver of Airport Service Quality (ASQ) scores. The team contained all work within the existing footprint and sequenced construction to keep the airport operational during the renovation.

B60 Restrooms – 2527 SF
The B60 restroom renovations modernized the public restrooms on the Apron and Concourse levels of Concourse B, refreshing both aesthetics and
function entirely within the existing restroom footprint. The program replaced finish surfaces, plumbing fixtures, and interior wall construction. Existing occupancy classifications, egress paths, and fire-rated construction were preserved throughout. Life-safety systems, including the automatic sprinkler system at each restroom block, were replaced or upgraded to current code.

BEGL Restroom – 980 SF
The BEGL restroom renovation occurred at Concourse B East Ground Level. The work included full demolition, infrastructure upgrades, and wall reconfiguration. BEGL featured premium stone and tile finishes, new toilet compartments, and monolithic sinks.
