Eaton Street Apartments consists of 118 affordable workforce housing units in a stylish five-story podium building, which takes the form of an L-shaped wrap around a parking garage. Four residential stories sit above a ground floor that has common areas for tenants and guests plus a separate 20,000 sq. ft. retail condominium space. The building was designed for LEED Silver certification.
This project was part of a mall-to-mixed-use redevelopment. The old, enclosed Westminster Mall was torn down and the City of Westminster and its Economic Development Authority remade the site into a 105-acre master-planned urban infill community.
Prefabrication: The Milender White prefabrication facility delivered 110,360 square feet of wall panels for this project.
