The project consists of the construction of a new 3,500 sq. ft. community center with separate guard check-in, fully tiled men’s and women’s locker rooms, a concessions room, a spacious community event room with high-end millwork and custom exposed trusses, adjoining bathrooms and storage space for deck and pool equipment.
The project also includes a 25 meter competitive six-lane pool, a diving well, a wading pool and spray area and four post-tensioned concrete tennis courts.
The five acre site was re-graded and re-worked to enhance the existing landscaping with new foliage and ornamental wrought iron fences separated by masonry columns. Our scope also included the demolition and removal of the existing 25 year old pool building, pool and tennis courts.
