This 16,400 sq. ft. concrete tilt-up building includes office and warehouse space. The front of the building consists of curved architectural panels and spandrel panels at varying offsets from the face of the building to provide depth. An inset storefront system encloses the building below the spandrel panels. The roof contains three skylights and is blocked out to allow for future roof top units.
