Luce at Lowry is a community of 40 luxury condominiums (111,455 sq. ft.) in two buildings within the Lowry Town Center. Each building has its own ground level parking garage. Luce was the first project of its size type to be certified BuiltGreen®, meaning a more energy efficient building with long-term savings.
Milender White worked with the ownership and design team during preconstruction to offer high-quality products including engineered lumber, advanced sealing packages and more efficient heating, cooling and insulation methods. The floor plans are all single-level and have open interiors and high windows and ceiling heights. All units include a gourmet kitchen, framed fireplace, large master suites and baths and a large terrace for outdoor living.
