Milender White Prefabrication Facility

Milender White  owns and operates a prefabricated wood shop in Hudson, Colorado.  Our prefabricated walls and floors are custom made at the shop and delivered to the jobsite ready to be installed according to construction plans. Since it was established in 2015, the facility has produced and delivered more than 2.8 million square feet of fabricated floor and wall panels.

MW’s prefabrication facility provides our customers a significant advantage when coupled with our Building Information Modeling (BIM) process.  During the digital modeling of physical and functional characteristics of the building, the team is able to identify and correct conflicts and challenges prior to construction. Other prefabrication advantages:
