Milender White (MW), the award-winning residential and commercial construction firm in both Colorado and Southern California, generated $446 million in revenue in 2021 to rank #211 on Engineering News-Record’s latest Top 400 Contractors List, moving up 90 spots from its previous position. MW, a Graham Group company, now stands among the top 250 U.S. contractors for the first time. Graham ranks #123 on the 2022 list, rising 77 spots from 2021.

2022 marks the fifth straight year that MW has made ENR’s list of top U.S. contractors categorized by annual revenue. Besides grossing $446 million, MW procured $373 million in new contracts during 2021, despite supply chain disruptions and price volatility impacting the multifamily building sector.
MW has also been recognized for constructing projects of terrific quality. 30PRL, a 120-unit apartment community in Boulder, just won a Housing Colorado Eagle Award for outstanding achievement in affordable and supportive housing. Catherine Santa Monica (Phase 1) and The Aliso won back-to-back ENR California Regional Best Project awards in the Residential / Hospitality category in 2020 and 2021, with Catherine Santa Monica picking up another 2021 award for Excellence in Sustainability.
