Project Summary

A new sleek, stylish and contemporary mixed-use, high-rise apartment community is set to be built in the RiNo District at the intersection of 40th & Walnut. The project is slated to break ground in Q3 2023 and will add to the rapidly growing RiNo community.

Milender White (MW) is proud to construct this 16-story, Type 1-Concrete development, designed by Davis Partnership Architects and developed by Uplands Real Estate Partners, LLC.  40th & Walnut will have 305 market-rate residential units averaging 984 square feet per unit. The project will be mixed-use, with parking, retail, and a sky lounge amenity space located on the 16th level including a pool, spa, glass pool fence, sun shelf, BBQ island, lounging areas, and planting areas to add green space to the cityscape and the gallant downtown Denver and mountain views.

Three levels of parking will provide 299 spaces for residential parking.  The design of the project steps back at level three with balconies for residential units as well as amenity areas. Level three amenities include a dog run/park, gym, and co-working space on the South side.

The preconstruction team at MW has worked hard with Uplands Real Estate Partners, Wynne Yasmer & Davis Partnership Architects to design the project to meet the vision of stakeholders while adding exceptional value to the RiNo neighborhood development.
