Phase III of the Curtis Park HOPE VI Redevelopment produced 43 mixed-income rental units. Blake Street Flats is a three-story, 24-unit building featuring exposed concrete frames and corrugated steel. Ground level apartments have individual front porches and doors that open to the street, while upper-floor units feature individual cantilevered decks. Glenarm Place offers 19 mixed-income apartments in a model urban design comprised of flats and two-story townhomes under one roof.
