Project Summary

Reseda and Clark, a new market-rate apartment community just steps from the shopping and dining of Ventura Boulevard, will offer San Fernando Valley residents impressive and comfortable living spaces. The complex is just a block from the Ventura Freeway, facilitating the commute to job centers along the 101 Corridor for residents.

This five-story podium building (four stories of wood-frame construction over a concrete-and-steel ground floor) will offer 170 residential units ranging from studios to two bedrooms, including seven live-work units. Reseda and Clark will also contain 6,000 sq. ft. of retail space and two levels of underground parking.

The community’s stylish exterior uses brick veneer and corrugated metal panels to complement plaster and precast concrete. A lush garden entrance will complement the statement made by the exterior design.

This project is scheduled to break ground in spring 2022.
